1. Order Processing

  • All physical product orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s operations and delays outside of our control.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the United States only. No international shipping is available at this time.

  • Should international shipping become available, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • It is your responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability to receive the package.

5. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.

7. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement if deemed eligible.

8. Digital Products

  • Digital products (including online courses and downloads) are not shipped physically.

  • Access instructions will be delivered electronically via email after purchase.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may only be modified or canceled before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
