1. Digital Products (Online Courses & Downloads) — All Sales Final

All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to online courses, course access, and downloadable materials, are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase or shortly thereafter.

  • You waive any right to a refund, exchange, or cancellation once access has been provided.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial use, dissatisfaction, or failure to complete the course.

2. Physical Products (Printed Manuals)

We accept limited cancellations and refunds for physical products under the following conditions:

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment Only):

  • Orders for physical manuals may be cancelled for a full refund only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once the item has been shipped, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

After Shipment:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for shipped physical products unless required by applicable law.

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or carrier-related issues once the item has been transferred to the shipping provider.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, it is considered shipped, and cancellation eligibility ends.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from our store, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.

Initiating a chargeback for a non-refundable item (such as digital course access) in violation of this policy may be considered a breach of these terms.
